What exactly is the Optahub Dashboard?

The Optahub Dashboard is like your own personal command center for all your projects. You can keep an eye on the status of each project and easily access important resources like catalogs, Optadocs, Optaportal, and tutorial videos.

What is a sales order?

A sales order is a document generated by the seller that specifies the details of the product ordered by a customer. It typically includes information such as the customer’s name and contact information, the products or services being ordered, the quantity of each item, the price, and the terms of the sale.

How do I use Promo Search?

To use Promo Search, select the category, add keywords and click on START SEARCHING. You can select multiple items or simply SELECT ALL. Once you’ve found the products you want, you can choose to ADD TO PRESENTATION or ADD TO ESTIMATION.

How do I use Apparel Search?

To use Apparel Search, select the specifications of the product you would like to get a quote for. Available stock will display per color and size. Input the quantity, add your logo/artwork, and confirm the artwork quality.

What is the Order Invoices Section?

The order invoice section is where you can find the official payment requests that have been sent to clients once their orders have been converted into to Sales Orders.

What is the Commission Report section?

The Commission Report section is a place where you can view all the commission earned. You can also filter the results by distributor or account manager and by a specific time range, making it easy for you to track and monitor your earnings.
