The Optahub Dashboard is like your own personal command center for all your projects. You can keep an eye on the status of each project and easily access important resources like catalogs, Optadocs, Optaportal, and tutorial videos.
A sales order is a document generated by the seller that specifies the details of the product ordered by a customer. It typically includes information such as the customer’s name and contact information, the products or services being ordered, the quantity of each item, the price, and the terms of the sale.
To use Promo Search, select the category, add keywords and click on START SEARCHING. You can select multiple items or simply SELECT ALL. Once you’ve found the products you want, you can choose to ADD TO PRESENTATION or ADD TO ESTIMATION.
To use Apparel Search, select the specifications of the product you would like to get a quote for. Available stock will display per color and size. Input the quantity, add your logo/artwork, and confirm the artwork quality.
The Commission Report section is a place where you can view all the commission earned. You can also filter the results by distributor or account manager and by a specific time range, making it easy for you to track and monitor your earnings.
